The world changes exponentially fast. New technologies, new business models, disruptive start-ups, etc. follow each other very rapidly. How are we able to see the forest for the trees and above all, how can we consider these developments as opportunities instead of threats? In general, these workshops show you how you can innovate when changes follow each other exponentially and they consist of a combination of insights, best practices and tools.
As an R&D-engineer for 15 years, An Cosaert has been involved in applied research for multiple organisations such as KUL Composites Group, Recticel IDC and Rogers Corporation.
A constant factor in the recruitment was the research that was constantly guided by the needs of the clients. As a consequence, experience in material research, electrotechnics, IP and innovation management was acquired.
After an intermediate period as an innovation advisor at the innovation centre, An now works at the Antwerp Management School since 2016 within the Expertise centre Business Design and Innovation. Her expertise is namely about business management in a fast-changing world.
Thereby, they focus on the principles of exponential thinking. An coordinates the exponential academy and she is involved in the organisation of the disruptival events in West-Flanders.
